Jerry Ascione Music
Website of one of the featured arrangers of The United States Navy Band and former bandleader of the U.S. Navy Commodores Jazz Band, Master Chief Musician (ret.) Jerry Ascione. Jerry has been commissioned to write a world premier piece for the New England Wind Symphony and their upcoming Holiday show on December 20, 2009.

The Four Freshmen
This multi Grammy nominated group has been performing for over sixty years and was one of the great inspirations behind the sound of Brian Wilson’s “The Beach Boys”. They’ve had many hits over the years and will be featured in May of 2011 with The Capitol Center Jazz Orchestra in a special Stan Kenton Tribute.
Syncopation
They have been called the Manhattan Transfer on the 21st Century. They will be the featured group with the CCJO on March 17th, 2011.
Ken Peplowski
Former Benny Goodman alumnus and New York City clarinet virtuoso Mr. Ken Peplowsi is an amazing talent. Mel Torme’ has said that “there have been very few clarinetists to follow Benny Goodman, but Ken Peplowski is one of them”. Ken will be featured with the CCJO in a special Benny Goodman tribute on January 16, 2011 at the Capitol Center.
The Concord Chorale
This 80 member auditioned choir has been dedicated to excellence in choral music presentation since it’s founding in 1969. They will be featured with The New England Wind Symphony in its annual Holiday concert called “The Merrimack Holiday POPS” on December 19th, 2010.
